Itinerary

The Bale Mountains, laying over 2,400 Square kilometers on a high plateau, are the home for most of the populating Ethiopian wolf. The virgin woodlands, the mountain streams, with an almost alpine climate, the rich diversity of habitat, make this national park one of the most beautiful in Ethiopia. Also protected here is the mountain Nyala & Menelik’s Bush Buck.  

Bale Mountains National Park covers the largest Afro alpine habitat in the whole of Africa therefore this trek takes you to this largest Afro Alpine habitant in Africa. Bale National Park holds at least 14 of Ethiopia's endemic birds.  The park is home to high mountains with a peak of 4,377 meter above sea level, which makes it the second highest peak in the country.

 

Day 1: Arrival and Addis Ababa 

Day 2: Addis-Ethiopian Rift Valley - Dinsho

Day 3:  Dinsho - Geysay Valley - Dinsho

Day 4:   Dinsho –Sentie Platue-Goba

Day 5: Goba-Wendogenet

Day 6: Wendogenet-Addis Ababa

Day 1: Arrival and Addis Ababa 

Be welcomed by your guide or representative from Dynasty Ethiopia tours on arrival at Addis Abeba Bole international Airport, and transfer in to your hotel. 

Beginning of the tour in Addis Ababa, Morning free (may be exchange money, when necessary briefing of the itinerary etc and be ready for the tour). 

 Afternoon, tour of the capital: visit Entoto Mountains with spectacular views over the capital and the National museum home of “lucy”. O/N: chosen hotel -Addis Abeba.
